According to the legal regulations of Republic of Lithuania only authorised individuals with currents licence can conduct such technical control and inspection. Such services are also on offer of our company.
Our specialists constantly inspect, measure and assess the basic constructions and engineering equipment during the periodic surveillance visits and in the monitoring protocol record any defects noted, the risk of potential failure and provide the responsible employees of the customer or the owner of the building with the anticipated measures to eliminate the defects.
Our team of professionals can carry out the mandatory annual maintenance of high-rise buildings (towers, masts, etc.) and installed fall protection solutions as required under Technical Construction Regulation STR 01.12.07:2004 and European Standards.
